Attentive AI

Lead Engineer

From November 2025 to Current

Responsibilities

At Attentive AI, I serve as the Engineer Lead for Beam Field Services — a core product driving $5.5M ARR, half of the company’s total revenue. In this role I own the product end to end, working closely with US-based customers, product managers, and third-party vendors to plan, prioritize, and ship high-quality software at pace.

I lead a fast-moving team called Blitzkrieg, designed to deliver customer value quickly. My responsibilities span sprint planning, code reviews, architecture decisions, and monthly and quarterly reviews for engineers on my team. I also introduced observability tooling that increased system visibility by 100%, simplifying onboarding and streamlining debugging across the team.

As an individual contributor, I have built several high-impact products — from an org-wide authentication layer to AI-powered tools using LLMs and RAG architecture. I work directly at the intersection of engineering and business, regularly engaging with customers and stakeholders to shape product direction.

One of my most significant contributions has been laying the foundation of a General Integration Layer that enables enterprise partners to integrate our platform into their CRMs with ease — saving 15 dev FTEs per month and generating ~$45K in just two quarters.

Attentive has been my most complete engineering experience yet, owning a revenue-driving product taught me to think beyond the code and make decisions with real business consequences. Leading a fast-moving team showed me that speed and quality can coexist with the right culture and ownership mindset. Building AI products in production, not just as experiments, sharpened my understanding of what it takes to go from a promising idea to a reliable customer-facing system.
